Delivery Information
We use courier services at a flat fee of €4.95-€19.95 (exclusive of VAT) depending on the destination, with a full list of countries below. Deliveries are made directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands, and we aim to dispatch orders in 1-3 working days, although this may take longer during peak times and holidays. This ensures a prompt and timely delivery of your order, usually within 5-10 working days in most of Europe.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to all EU destinations, with varying order value thresholds of €50, €75, €100 or €200 based on the delivery country. Please see the country list above for further details.
Time in Transit
Orders sent by international post or couriers are delivered in 5-10 working days after dispatch, but may take longer during peak periods and to some remote destinations. In such cases, orders may take up to 20 working days to arrive.
Orders to Europe
Orders to countries part of the European Union are shipped inclusive of local value added tax of each country, which is calculated during checkout and included in the final price.
