Delivery Information
We use DPD, GLS or DHL courier services at a flat fee of €4.95-€9.95 (exclusive of VAT) for most European destinations, with a full list of prices below. Orders are sent out directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands, and we aim to dispatch orders in 1-2 working days, although this may take longer during peak times and holidays. This ensures a prompt and timely delivery of your order, usually within 5-10 working days in most European countries. Please note that we only deliver to mainland Europe and are unable to deliver to remote islands and other destinations.

Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to all EU destinations, with varying order value thresholds of €50, €75 or €100 for most countries. Please see the country list above for further details.
Please note that any discount vouchers or certificates do not count towards the free shipping threshold.
Time in Transit
Orders sent by international ouriers are delivered in 5-10 working days after dispatch, but may take longer during peak periods and to some remote destinations. In such cases, orders may take up to 20 working days to arrive.
Orders to Europe
Orders to countries part of the European Union are shipped inclusive of local value added tax of each country, which is calculated during checkout and included in the final price at checkout.
